On the information tabs on the tour page itself you will find all the relevant information in relation to that exact tour. Information includes the duration of tour, number of people most likely on tour, transport mode and all inclusions in your package and more about the tour in detail. Each tour offers something different, so be sure to check the inclusions offered on each day by clicking the ‘Inclusions partition’ at the bottom of each day of the itinerary for the Ultimate tours, or by clicking the ‘Inclusions tab’ at the top of the tour information for our Essentials tours.

What type of visas will i need?

Obtaining correct visas is your own responsibility. Not having correct visas could mean you missing out on part or all of your tour. Please ask your travel agent if you are unsure. You should also double check with the individual Embassies before you depart, remembering that visa requirements can change at short notice. For most of the countries where visas are required, it is NOT possible to obtain the visa whilst on the trip and some visas take 3-4 weeks to obtain.

Will i need travel insurance?

Yes. Comprehensive travel insurance is compulsory as per our booking policy. This should be taken out at the time of booking so you have it covered just incase you may need to cancel for any reason. We recommend getting a comprehensive travel insurance policy which covers you for all medical expenses (including repatriation) and any expensive items you bring away with you such as laptops, tablets, smart phones and cameras. Always check the policy wording and excess limits before you book and make sure they are to your satisfaction.

How much luggage can i bring?

Although we use rail and public transport options which differ in luggage limits, it is recommended you bring one main bag that is a backpack that you can carry for distances upto 500m or a suitcase on wheels that you can easily roll for upto 500m. This is in the event you need to walk from metro stations to your closely located hotels.
